Have you worked in Business Development and/or Marketing for a financial services organisation? Looking for a flexible role working from home with a specialist marketing agency?

About the Role:

You’ll be joining a small but dynamic company that wants to build on its steady growth during the last six years. Since we started in 2014, we have acquired some of the world’s leading financial service businesses as clients. Now we want to accelerate that growth.

We are looking for someone to focus on:

  • Creating and leading a Business Development plan to acquire new clients
  • Creating and leading a Marketing Strategy to deliver long-term business growth
  • Working with partners and suppliers to create assets which promote FS Partnership

The job will be home-based with regular meetings in and around the South East of England. 

About you:

You will have experience working inside a financial services business with an understanding of the challenges that come with business development and marketing in the industry. Ideally, you’ll have all or some of the following:

  • Direct experience working in a financial services organisation. A genuine interest in business development with a focus and track record of delivering commercial results.
  • Experience developing and successfully implementing strategic plans for business growth.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to influence Marketing Directors and decision makers in some of the world’s largest businesses.
  • The ability to self-motivate, with a strong preference to work remotely.

The founder worked client-side and felt that generalist agencies were failing to meet the unique demands of financial services organisations. Our aim was to develop an agency that understands the complexity of the industry and can deliver results in the digital age.

FS Partnership provides clients with efficient and speedy support. We are not bound to one medium or the latest fad, instead we look to develop bespoke solutions around the culture and objectives of our clients.

Our people have all worked in financial services, so understand the demands of sign-off protocols, the bureaucracy of large global institutions, and the need to generate new business quickly in fintech start-ups. We aim to create an invaluable resource which simplifies the process. Our clients rely on us to deliver high quality work, creating the space for them to get on with the rest of the job.
